Terms & Conditions
Terms & Conditions
The present conditions of sale are concluded on the one hand by the company hereinafter referred to as "Maison Dorée" and on the other hand, by any individual or legal entity wishing to make a purchase via the "maison-doree.com" website, hereinafter referred to as "the buyer".
These conditions of sale are intended to define the contractual relationship between Maison Dorée and the purchaser and the conditions applicable to all purchases made through the maison-doree.com merchant site.
The acquisition of a good through the present site implies unreserved acceptance by the buyer of the present conditions of sale.
These conditions of sale shall prevail over any other general or particular conditions not expressly approved by Maison Dorée.
Maison Dorée reserves the right to modify its conditions of sale at any time. In this case, the applicable conditions will be those in force at the date of the buyer's order.
Characteristics of the goods and services offered
The products offered are those listed in the catalog published on the Maison Dorée website.
These products are offered within the limits of available stocks.
Each product is accompanied by a description drawn up by the supplier.
The photographs in the catalog are as accurate as possible, but cannot ensure perfect similarity with the product offered, particularly with regard to colors.
The prices shown in the catalog are inclusive of VAT in euros, applicable on the day of the order; any change in the rate may be reflected in the price of products or services.
Maison Dorée reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, it being understood however that the price appearing in the catalog on the day of the order will be the only price applicable to the purchaser.
The prices indicated do not include the costs of order processing, transport and delivery, as well as customs duties, insofar as these take place in the geographical zones specified below.
Before placing an order, the buyer may create an account on the site Maison Dorée. The account creation section is accessible directly from the side menu bar. At each visit, the buyer, if he wishes to order or consult his account (order status, profile...), will have to identify himself using this information.
Maison Dorée offers the buyer the option of ordering and paying for its products in several stages, with a single payment option: payment by credit card, made via a secure system using SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol.
Confirmation of an order implies acceptance of these terms and conditions of sale, acknowledgement of full knowledge of them, and waiver of the right to invoke one's own terms and conditions of purchase or any other terms and conditions.
All data supplied and the recorded confirmation shall be deemed proof of the transaction. Confirmation shall constitute signature and acceptance of the operations carried out.
The seller will send confirmation of the registered order by e-mail.
Orders are prepared rapidly, so modifications at the customer's request cannot be accepted. However, the customer may contact our customer service team, who will do their best to respond to the customer's request.
Terms of payment
The price is due at the time the order is placed.
Payments will be made by credit card; they will be made through the secure system which uses SSL (Secure Socket Layer) so that the information transmitted is encrypted by software and no third party can gain knowledge of it during transport on the network.
The buyer's account will be debited when the order is placed for the products available and the amount of the products sent.
At the purchaser's request, an invoice showing VAT will be sent.
Deliveries are made to the address indicated on the order form, which can only be within the agreed geographical area.
Deliveries are made by Mondial Relay (point relais) or DHL (home delivery).
Packages are dispatched within 2 to 8 days.
Standard delivery (France): 3 to 10 working days after dispatch, depending on the carrier's lead times.
In the event of damage in transit, the claim must be made to customer service within three days of delivery.
Maison Dorée cannot be held responsible for external factors which may delay or prevent delivery and which are not covered by our logistics partners. Delivery times are given as an indication only; if they exceed thirty days from the date of order, the sales contract may be cancelled and the purchaser reimbursed.
Maison Dorée is not responsible for packages that disappear from your mailbox after being officially registered by the carrier. Once your parcel has been declared delivered, we are no longer liable. No refund will be made in this case.
The buyer is obliged to check the condition of the packaging and the contents of the goods on delivery, in the presence of the delivery person or the person in charge of the relay point. In the event of damage in transit, any protest must be made to the carrier within three days of delivery.
Any claim for a missing item in an order must be sent to Maison Dorée on the day the parcel is received. Once the customer has signed for the package, no claim will be possible.
In accordance with article L121-20 of the French Consumer Code, the buyer has a period of fourteen working days from receipt of their order to exercise their right of withdrawal and return the product to the seller for reimbursement without penalty, with the exception of postage and return costs, which are payable by the buyer.
During Holiday Season, returns are extended until 07/01/2024.
Please send us an e-mail informing us of your return to email@example.com.
Guarantee & Claims
For any complaints about your order, please contact customer service by e-mail firstname.lastname@example.org within 72 hours of receipt of your package.
All products supplied by Maison Dorée benefit from the legal guarantee provided by articles 1641 et seq. of the French Civil Code.
In the event of a declaration of non-conformity of a product received within 72 hours, the customer may request a refund from Maison Dorée.
In the case of a product under warranty (3 months), Maison Dorée reserves the right to refuse the buyer's request in the event of deterioration of the jewel due to use (scratches, rust, oxidation, loss of brilliance, etc.).
However, this guarantee covers all manufacturing defects (loose pearls and stones, broken chains, defective clasps, etc.). A credit note may then be sent to the purchaser, valid for an unlimited period on the Maison Dorée website.
Any claim for an order will be impossible beyond 90 days from the date of receipt.
In the event of retraction, reimbursements are made within a few days of receipt of your parcel at the logistician's warehouse.
After 180 days, the PayPlug banking organization, which handles bank transactions, will no longer be able to issue a refund. Your item will then be compensated in the form of a credit note.
