Use a ring that you already have and that fits perfectly on the corresponding finger.
You can measure the diameter with a ruler or tape measure. Take this measurement from the list below:

How to find the right size of bangle bracelet?
Use a bangle bracelet that you already have and that fits perfectly on your wrist.
You can measure its diameter with a ruler, or measure the inside of your palm, placing the tape measure under your four fingers and adding 0.4mm.
