Coffee & CEOs
Let's talk entrepreneurship!
Second edition - Lyon - September 15, 2023
With the creation of Maison Dorée, Chloé Bleinc is keen to encourage women to reinvent themselves, to build a future that's just like them. She has been sharing her entrepreneurial journey on the networks since 2019. The idea for this type of event came naturally following daily messages from her community seeking advice for their business. It was an obvious choice to get together and open up discussions with inspiring young women who are also embarking on their own entrepreneurial journey.
For this second edition, the Maison Dorée team set out to meet eight young women from a variety of backgrounds and activities. It's an opportunity to share ideas in a small group, and enjoy enriching, constructive discussions in a warm, friendly atmosphere.
Discover our women entrepreneurs during this day rich in sharing:
A swimwear brand dedicated to helping every woman feel beautiful, comfortable and confident. The workshop is based in Bali, Indonesia, and designer Anais wanted Cybelle to be part of an ethical, high-quality and committed manufacturing process.
A young husband-and-wife team, Tera Paris offers a range of exceptional furniture made from noble materials such as marble, travertine and wood. Unique, made-to-measure expertise from the finest "stone-cutting" craftsmen.
Two girls decided to launch the first Pilates Social Club studio, located in the heart of Lyon, offering pilates reformer classes and group pilates on mats and yoga. A collection of sportswear branded with the studio's name has also been launched.
Parantaga is a brand of high-end dietary supplements. Carefully selected, certified ingredients and scientifically proven formulas designed to target various beauty and well-being issues: marine collagen, glow booster cure, wellness cure...
The Geronimi Paris brand was born of an inheritance. In memory of her seamstress grandmother, Claire decided to launch her bodysuit brand just one year ago. Her aim was to solve problems linked to the product (visible seams, uncomfortable fastenings...) to enhance it and bring it up to date through her collections.
At the helm of L'Atelier Incliné is Agathe, interior designer and decorator. The agency specializes in renovation and new-build projects, from technical advice on kitchens to the choice of furniture for the home. A wide range of projects throughout France and Switzerland.
Marion, founder of Bayadji, a swimwear and homewear brand. Her strong point: her unique, feminine and colorful prints, inspired by her travels around the world. Reasoned production ensures a unique piece. The brand is committed to eco-responsible production, using eco-sourced materials and manufacturing in France.
Clozy is a clothing barter platform. The concept: exchange the clothes you no longer wear for your new favorites. Born of the desire to consume differently, for all fashion enthusiasts who like to change clothes as their mood takes them. Clozy's ambitious project is to create a large shared dressing room and give a second life to our old favorites!
Maison Dorée chose @Comptoir_Sauvage, a coffee shop in Lyon created by a woman, Marine Lepla-Toussaint, that exudes well-being and pleasure. The table was illuminated especially for the occasion by the talented handmade candle brand @Neutrals_Shop.
A round-table discussion then began with the participants: who are they, what's their brand, what issues do they encounter?
Each of them took the floor to share her experience of launching and running her own business.
Themes such as communication, digital and influence, creation/confection, fundraising, the transition from salaried status to entrepreneurship were also addressed... A moment for each of them to take the floor, give her advice and bring her realistic vision of the entrepreneurial journey.
Then it was Chloé's turn to present Maison Dorée, her ambitions and the brand's future challenges. She also took the opportunity to unveil a preview of the next collection, available in early October! Inspired by entrepreneurship and empowerment, the collection features rhinestone creoles, fine bangles and bracelets, chokers and rings.
This moment of sharing enabled the young businesswomen to exchange ideas with each other and with Chloé, to help each other, to feel less alone in the stages of launching a company, and to regain the motivation they needed for the future.
After another successful edition, the Maison Dorée team is already planning to repeat the experience. New Coffee & CEOs sessions are being prepared all over France... Stay connected to be part of the next adventures! ✨
