Order
I have not received any order or dispatch confirmation.
First of all, please check that our e-mails are not in your spam folder.
If you think you've entered the wrong address, please send us an e-mail to client@maison-doree.com and we'll update your details.
Where can I find my order number?
You will find your order number in the order confirmation sent by e-mail after your purchase. It begins with the # symbol and is followed by 6 digits.
You will also find your order number in the shipping confirmation you receive after your order has been shipped.
Can I still cancel my order?

Can I still change my order?
For security reasons, no changes can be made to an order once your payment has been validated.
Also, we will not be able to modify the delivery method once the order has been placed.
How long does it take to prepare my order?
Please allow between 3 and 8 days for delivery, depending on the period (New Collection; Sales; Black Friday). Preparation time also varies according to the day and time you place your order.
How do I choose my pick-up point?
If you choose to have your order delivered to a "point relais", you will need to select this address after validating your payment, so that your order can be dispatched.
Check that the zip code corresponds to the address of the relay point.
If you are unable to choose your delivery address, please send us an e-mail to the following address: client@maison-doree.com, indicating the number of the order concerned.
How can I track my order?
A message with the tracking number is sent directly to your e-mail address when your order is handed over to the carrier.
If you can't find it, check your spam folder. Otherwise, contact us by e-mail at client@maison-doree.com, indicating the number of the order concerned.
Do you sell gift cards?
We offer digital gift cards valid only on our website.
Our electronic gift cards are sent to you by e-mail. You can print it or send it by e-mail.
The validity of the gift card is unlimited up to the defined amount, and you can use it at your convenience only on our Maison Dorée website.
Products
Warranty
We offer a 3-month warranty on all our jewelry, covering all manufacturing defects (loose pearls and stones, broken chains, defective clasps, etc.).
We reserve the right to refuse your request if the jewelry has deteriorated through use (scratches, rust, oxidation, loss of shine, etc.).
To activate your warranty, please contact us by e-mail at client@maison-doree.com with your order number and a video of the item concerned.
If our quality department validates your warranty request, a credit note for the amount of the jewel will be sent to you by e-mail. This credit note is valid indefinitely, and can be used only once on the Maison Dorée website.
Composition
Our jewelry is made from 18ct gold-plated brass or 925 silver-plated brass.
These metals are highly malleable, and are regularly used in the creation of costume jewelry. They therefore require special attention on a daily basis.
Shipping & Delivery
How long does shipping take?
The delivery time of your parcel is managed solely by the carrier you select when placing your order. We cannot confirm a precise delivery date.
How much time do I have to collect my Mondial Relay parcel?
You have 7 days in which to collect your parcel from a relay point and/or lockers. Your parcel will be returned to you against proof of identity.
After this period, your parcel will be returned to the sender. It will be impossible for us to return it. You will have to wait for us to receive your parcel before we can refund you.
Do I have to pay customs fees for my order?
Depending on the destination, customs fees may be charged upon receipt of the parcel. The amount varies and depends on the country selected. These taxes are applied by the customs authorities of the destination country.
Returns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
Please note that requests for returns and exchanges will not be accepted for any purchases made during the summer braderie on or after 07/23/2025.
For purchases made before this date, you have 14 days from the date of receipt of the parcel to request the return of one or more items.
If the order is returned after this legal deadline and/or without tracking information, your refund will not be processed.
Please note that we do not make exchanges, only refunds of returned items.
On receipt of the parcel in our premises, the refund will be made according to the method of payment used for your order, excluding delivery and return costs.
How can I return my order?
To make your return, we invite you to go to your personal Maison Dorée space, logging in with the e-mail address you used to make your purchase.
Then click on the relevant order and request the return of the desired items, specifying the reason for each one.
You will of course be notified by e-mail at each stage of the withdrawal process.
Please note that requests for returns and exchanges will not be accepted for purchases made during the summer sales period, from 23/07/2025 onwards.
For all orders placed before this date, the withdrawal period is 14 days upon receipt of your parcel.We do not make exchanges, only refunds of returned items, excluding shipping and return costs.
On receipt of the package at our premises, the refund will be made to the credit card or gift card used to pay for your order.
If the order is returned after this legal deadline and without tracking information, your refund will not be processed.

Is it possible to exchange an item?
We do not do exchanges.
If an item does not suit you, you must return it for a refund and place a new order.
What should I do if I receive defective jewelry?
We apologize for the inconvenience.
In the event of receipt of defective/non-compliant jewelry, we invite you to send us an e-mail to the following address client@maison-doree.com, indicating your order number and sending us a video of the item concerned with the Maison Dorée engraving.
Please note that you have 72 hours from the date of delivery to file a claim for a defective item. After this time, the warranty will be activated.
If our quality department validates your claim, we will proceed to reimburse the item using the payment method used at the time of purchase (credit card or gift card).
What should I do if an item is missing/wrong in my order?
If a piece of jewelry is missing, we recommend that you first check the little pink pouch; it may be that the fine jewels are hidden there.
If this is not the case, please send us an e-mail to client@maison-doree.com. We will then watch the video of your order preparation.
If you receive an item that was not part of your order, please also send us an e-mail indicating your order number, a photo of the item received by mistake and the reference number of the missing jewel.
Jewelry care & advice
How do I find the right ring size?
Use a ring that you already have and that fits perfectly on the corresponding finger.
You can measure the diameter with a ruler or tape measure. Report this measurement to the correspondence list below:
⌀15.7mm = 49/50
⌀16.5mm = 52
⌀17.3mm = 54
⌀18mm= 57
Please note that our thicker models tend to cut small. We therefore advise you to take the next size up for these rings.
How to find the right size of bangle bracelet?
Use a bangle bracelet you already have that fits perfectly on your wrist.
You can measure the diameter with a ruler, or measure the inside of your palm, placing the tape measure under your four fingers and adding 0.4mm.
Report this measurement to the correspondence list below:
S/M = ⌀5.7cm = 7.3cm-7.7cm (palm) = 17cm (wrist)
M/L = ⌀6,2cm = 8,3cm-8,4cm (palm) = 18cm (wrist)
How to choose your piercing?
Here is the list of possible jewels on the following locations:

How do I care for my Maison Dorée jewelry?
Our jewelry is made on a brass base. These metals are highly malleable and are regularly used in costume jewelry. Jewelry can tarnish over time, so special care is needed on a daily basis.
To preserve the appearance of your Maison Dorée jewelry, avoid contact with soaps, shower gels, creams, suncare products, shampoos and perfumes.
Hydroalcoholic gel regularly applied to your hands can also alter the gilding of your rings and bracelets. Remember to store them in their original packaging to protect them from humidity.
Please note that the acidity (pH) of certain skins, as well as perspiration, can tarnish and damage your jewelry, leaving marks and sometimes even darkening the skin. We cannot be held responsible.
Jewelry and rhinestones can be gently cleaned with a small toothbrush and water, without any products. Then dry with a clean cloth and polish with a microfiber cloth.
Can I wear Maison Dorée jewelry underwater?
We recommend removing your Maison Dorée jewelry before any contact with water. Limescale, perspiration and perfume may cause them to lose some of their shine over time.
